AFFILIATE PROGRAM

PLEASE READ THIS AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (the “Affiliate”) and BIZNOVATOR LLC (“BIZNOVATOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It describes how we will work together and other aspects of our business relationship. This is a legal document, so some of the language is necessarily “legalese,” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible.

By signing this Agreement, you agree to participate in our Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) and adhere to the terms set forth herein.

We may periodically update these terms. If we do, we will notify you via email or through the affiliate portal. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

1. Definitions

  • “Affiliate Lead” means a customer prospect who clicks on the Affiliate Link that we provide you.

  • “Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link you place on your site or promote through other channels.

  • “Commission” means 20% of the sales price of BIZNOVATOR products purchased by a Customer through your Affiliate Link.

  • “Customer” means the actual user of BIZNOVATOR products or services who has purchased through the Affiliate Link.

  • “BIZNOVATOR Products” means digital communities, courses, coaching, workshops, and camps provided by BIZNOVATOR.

  • “Affiliate Portal” means the online platform provided by BIZNOVATOR for tracking performance and earnings.

2. Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between you and BIZNOVATOR. You are free to recommend products and services of third parties and work with other businesses.

3. Affiliate Acceptance

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must request an interview. We will review your application and notify you of acceptance or rejection. Upon acceptance, this Agreement will be effective and binding.

4. Promotion Guidelines

  • Approved Platforms: Affiliates may use websites, social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote BIZNOVATOR products, provided they respect the brand guidelines.

  • Restricted Activities: No spam campaigns, misleading claims, or unauthorized promotional methods are allowed. All promotional materials must be submitted to the BIZNOVATOR marketing department for approval at least one week in advance.

  • Branding Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to the branding guidelines provided in our brand manual and affiliate training. Our brand cannot be used for personal promotion.

5. Commissions and Payments

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all sales generated through their Affiliate Links.

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $20 USD.

  • Conditions for Payment: Affiliates must bring new clients each month. Affiliates who do not bring in new clients for six consecutive months will be removed from the program, and any pending commissions may be withheld.

  • No Bonuses or Incentives: There is currently only one tier of affiliates, and no additional bonuses or incentives are offered.

6. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and GDPR. BIZNOVATOR reserves the right to audit affiliate activities to ensure compliance. Failure to comply may result in termination and withholding of commissions.

7. Termination

  • Grounds for Termination: We may terminate this Agreement if you violate the terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to bring in new clients for six months. Upon termination, we reserve the right to withhold any pending commissions.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all promotion of BIZNOVATOR products and remove any Affiliate Links or related content from your platforms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration or another less complex instance, as determined by BIZNOVATOR. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Support and Resources

  • Provided Resources: Affiliates will receive marketing materials, training, and access to a support team to assist in their promotional efforts.

  • Ongoing Support: BIZNOVATOR offers initial support but does not provide ongoing training or support.

10. Reporting and Tracking

  • Performance Tracking: Affiliates can track their performance and earnings through the Affiliate Portal provided by BIZNOVATOR, powered by GHL.

  • Real-Time Data: Affiliates will have access to real-time tracking data through the portal.

11. Confidentiality and Non-Compete

  • Confidential Information: Affiliates may not disclose any confidential information about BIZNOVATOR’s business practices or customer data.

  • Non-Compete: Affiliates may not promote or be involved in competing programs while participating in the BIZNOVATOR Affiliate Program.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Amendment and Waiver: BIZNOVATOR may update this Agreement from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

  • Assignment: Affiliates may not assign their rights or obligations under this Agreement without BIZNOVATOR’s prior written consent.

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program.
